Having Trouble with "Order Not Found" in the Sweetflexx Return/Exchange Portal? Here's What to Check:
- Verify the Shipping Zip Code: Make sure it's correct.
- Check for Extra Spaces or Characters: Ensure there are no extra spaces or characters before or after the order number.
- Social Media Order: All orders made directly through any social media platform such as Facebook or Instagram will have a different order number, if this is the case please contact us and we will supply you with the order information to complete the return portal successfully.
- Exclude Additional Suffixes: Do not include any -1, (1), -SH1 after the numbers at the end of your order number.
- Include Prefix for Exchanged Items: If you are returning a previously exchanged item, include the prefix EXC when entering the order number. Without that prefix, the system will say the order number does not exist.
